The Role
You will own ABK Labs' path to product-market fit from the GTM side. That means generating a high-volume pipeline of prospect conversations, running quantitative experiments to validate value propositions, and closing strategic partnerships across crypto and AI -- all while building the playbook from scratch. You will take high-level direction from the CEO and VP of Strategic Initiatives and turn it into executed plays that produce measurable signal within 90 days.
What You Will Do
- Build and run a repeatable outbound prospecting motion that delivers 10-20 qualified prospect conversations per week, owning the full workflow from target identification through booked meetings
- Design and execute 2+ quantitative GTM experiments per month -- landing pages, drip campaigns, paid workshops, conversion tests -- with written hypotheses, success metrics, and data-backed debriefs
- Identify, pursue, and close 3-5 meaningful partnership or design partner agreements with companies in the crypto/AI ecosystem
- Build the GTM playbook from Day 1: outreach templates, ICP definitions, pitch narratives, competitive landscape, and a weekly written update to leadership -- all documented so a second hire could pick it up and run
- Activate your crypto/AI network to generate warm pipeline, attend or host 2+ community events per month, and keep a pulse on ecosystem trends that create opportunities or threats
Who You Are
- You have genuine, active relationships in the crypto and/or AI ecosystem -- not just LinkedIn connections. You can get warm intros to founders and decision-makers in your first week
- You know how to find, approach, and convert cold prospects into engaged conversations. You are comfortable with rejection and have a repeatable outbound system you have used before
- You can learn technical products quickly and discuss them credibly with technical buyers -- you are not an engineer, but you can read docs, understand APIs, and earn respect from builders
- You think in hypotheses, not assumptions. When you believe something about the market, you design a test. You are comfortable being wrong and changing course based on data
- You write clearly and concisely -- a compelling cold email, a structured experiment proposal, and a weekly status update with equal quality
- You treat negative signal as data, adjust the approach, and keep going. You have a track record of grinding through ambiguous, early-stage GTM work
- You use AI agents and tools as a daily force multiplier -- Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in the CLI and via API to draft outreach, analyze data, build landing pages, and automate workflows. The bar is not "has used ChatGPT" -- it is "cannot imagine working without AI agents"
- (Bonus) You have built GTM from zero at an early-stage startup before
- (Bonus) You can use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit to directly build experiment assets yourself without waiting for engineering
Salary and Benefits
Base salary: USD $140,000-$160,000
