The Role

You will build ABK Labs' demand generation engine from zero. That means designing and running quantitative growth experiments, creating high-converting content and landing pages, standing up paid and organic channels, and building the playbook that turns all of it into a repeatable system. You will take high-level direction from the CEO and VP of Strategic Initiatives and independently turn it into executed campaigns that produce measurable data within 90 days.

This is not a "write blog posts and manage a social calendar" role. You will own the full growth stack -- paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, content strategy, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking -- and you will be expected to build most of it yourself using AI tools.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute 2+ quantitative growth experiments per month -- landing pages, drip campaigns, paid workshops, A/B tests, conversion experiments -- with written hypotheses, success metrics, and data-backed debriefs
  • Stand up and manage paid search, paid social, email marketing, and SEO campaigns with clear attribution and spend tracking
  • Create product-specific content for each ABK Labs product (x402, Faremeter, Corbits, Interchange) that translates technical capabilities into business value for different buyer personas
  • Build and optimize landing pages, nurture sequences, and content assets -- blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, comparison guides, demo videos -- prioritized by what the pipeline needs most
  • Own a publishing cadence across channels -- Twitter, LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, YouTube, community forums -- with an editorial calendar in place by Week 4
  • Build the growth playbook from Day 1: channel setups, campaign templates, audience targeting, competitive landscape, and weekly reporting -- all documented so a second hire could pick it up and run

Who You Are

  • You have hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels -- paid social, paid search, email, SEO, and content marketing. You can stand up campaigns independently and know what good performance looks like in each channel
  • You think in hypotheses, not assumptions. When you believe something about the market, you design a test with a sample size and a success metric. You are comfortable being wrong and changing course based on data
  • You are analytically rigorous -- you can set up tracking, pull reports, calculate statistical significance, and write debriefs that a quantitative person would respect
  • You write clearly and persuasively -- a compelling landing page, a structured experiment proposal, a weekly status update, and an email nurture sequence with equal quality
  • You can learn technical products quickly and create content that earns respect from technical buyers -- you are not an engineer, but you can read docs, understand APIs, and articulate what our products do
  • You use AI agents and tools as a daily force multiplier -- Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in the CLI and via API to draft content, analyze data, build landing pages, and automate workflows. The bar is not "has used ChatGPT" -- it is "cannot imagine working without AI agents"
  • (Bonus) You can use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit to directly build experiment assets yourself without waiting for engineering
  • (Bonus) You have built a growth engine from zero at an early-stage startup before

Salary and Benefits

Base salary: USD $80,000-$120,000
